At CTR Shoe Shop, we take pride in delivering high-quality trekking, sports, formal, and safety shoes.
We request you to carefully check size, style, and product details before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
1 .No Direct Returns – A return will not be automatically accepted. Customers must raise a request within the return period.
2. Return Request – To request a return, please email us at ctrshoeshop@gmail.com (or your chosen email) with your order ID, reason for return, and product images.
3. Approval Required – Our team will review your request and approve/reject it as per policy. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Eligibility – Returns are only applicable in the following cases:
• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Size exchange (if available)
5. Condition of Product – The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
6. Timeline – Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days.
7. Shipping – Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (unless product is defective/incorrect).
8. Refund/Exchange – After inspection, refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Non-Returnable Items
•Products purchased during clearance sale or discount offers.
•Customized or special-order items.
•Products without original packaging or with visible signs of use.
